At Skyquirit Container, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a transparent experience.

1. Return Window

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, the container must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns are accepted for the following:
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the container arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description.

  • Customer Remorse: If you change your mind, returns are accepted provided the customer handles return logistics.

3. Return Shipping & Methods

  • Return Method: Returns must be handled via freight/mail.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), Skyquirit Container will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge a restocking fee. ($0.00 Restocking Fee).

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different container, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Refund Process

  • Once the return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable for “change of mind” returns.
